Happy Lips During Winter

Golden Globe HOT Couples

Since my last entry was about love... who was your favorite couple on the Golden Globes red carpet?  I love them all... especially Heidi & Seal.  SO happy Drew & Justin are back together - LOVE!

Bianca & Ramon's E-Session Photos - wow.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Bianca & Ramon, an engaged couple who are gorgeous inside & out!  Very sweet, down to earth, & so in love.  Bianca made my job easy with her natural beauty.  I usually don't get to meet the fiance, so it was really great to hear their story from his point of view.  During the makeup session, he would glance up and smile while reading a magazine... which is a very good indicator for me that I'm doing my job to his liking.  Bianca said, "Why do you keep sneaking peeks?  Do you like it so far?"  She was unsure of what to expect since I turn my clients away from the mirror.  It makes the reveal so much fun!  Ramon replied, "You look reallllly good."  Ladies & gentlemen, she did look good.  She was simply stunning!  I couldn't stop starring at her after my job was done.  I'm more than excited for their wedding day, August 7th.

Golden Globes 2010

The Golden Globes did not disappoint when it came to beauty on the red carpet & I was pretty excited about the winners as well.  Some of my favorite winners included Mo'Nique, Sandra Bullock, Jeff Bridges, Meryl Streep, & AVATAR... oh how I love Avatar...  I tweeted yesterday "Avatar in IMAX 3D was a beautiful experience. I'm breathless & speechless." Yeah, it's that good!

My favorite beauties of the night included, once again Sandy B, Zoe Saldana, Jennifer Aniston, & the hottest Halle Berry I've ever seen... wow.  People, both of these ladies are over 40! And the church said,"AMEN"

 And let's not forget "The Dude", who was mighty dapper! Along with Robert Downy Jr & my favorite villain Christoph Waltz (watch Inglorious Bastards & you will love him too)

The Hard Candy makeup line is officially @ Wal-Mart!  The creators of the line worked with "The W" with hopes of competing with Sephora.  Well, I wouldn't go that far.. but I like your style.  Making pro grade makeup  available for a more affordable price.  The retailers wanted to keep the price points from $5-$10.  Keep in mind, it's not the same exact Hard Candy but it's pretty awesome.  My clients are loving it & so am I!  Go try it out & let me know what you think.  Here's the camera phone pic from my Wal-Mart:

Hope you all had a fun and safe new years...I know I did!

I thought I would start the year off with something fun. Have you ever felt like your partner was a "bed hog". You know...you wake up to find yourself clutching the edge of the bed for dear life...before you find yourself on the floor. You try to wake up your partner so that they can move over and they try to assure you that they are not on your side of the bed.
